Born and raised in Mumbai with humble beginnings, I was shaped by a family of small business owners, instilling in me an early passion for entrepreneurship. I always knew I wanted to build and operate a business of my own. My journey led me into the world of marketing and advertising, where I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading brands. From helping CPG brands grow to spearheading multi-million dollar campaigns for companies like Dell and Meta, I’ve played a role in driving billions in revenue. Now, I’m channeling that experience and entrepreneurial spirit into building something of my own—where creativity, strategy, and impact come together.​
I live in Austin, Texas, with my husband and best friend, Shikhar. We met here, fell in love, and have built a life we truly cherish. Austin has been our home for almost 10 years, and we love everything it has to offer. Shikhar is a research scientist and has a passion for cooking and reading in his free time. He has always been incredibly supportive of my entrepreneurial journey, encouraging me every step of the way. Together, we continue to grow, explore, and can't wait to support the local community here in our own way.

I pursued a post-graduate program to hone my skills in branding, storytelling, and consumer engagement. This experience deepened my understanding of the intersection between creativity and strategy that helped brands grow.

My undergraduate degree in Mass Media gave me diverse hands-on experience through internships at a radio station, as a journalist, and as an assistant director on a film set. It was a great to get foundational knowledge on how various industries operated.
Why the name "Progressive"?
The name Progressive is more than a title — it’s a tribute. Inspired by my late father, who founded Progressive Shipping Company and nurtured it with unwavering passion since 1985, this name carries forward his legacy of hard work and resilience. In honoring his entrepreneurial drive and values, my venture proudly bears the same name, rooted in tradition, building community, and driven by progress.
